Our OKR training is made up of a blend of e-learning and workshop learning. We can facilitate a closed cohort for your organisation and the learning can be spread out over a period of time of your choosing. We are also happy to facilitate all training face-to-face at your location.
There are virtual workshops and some self-study to begin with in the first 2-3 weeks which takes around 8-10 hours (including the virtual workshops). The following sessions can then be completed in person over 2 days of hands-on learning, which can be completed all virtually spread over a few weeks if preferred. The OKR Training course rounds off with written exams which you are given 2-3 weeks to complete.
