But the problem with continual improvement is that then innovation can be missed, and strategy and long-term thinking can be missed because you’re always working on the 1%. Datel recognised that they needed to shift to more forward-thinking execution.


By aligning cross-functional teams and breaking down the company vision into achievable goals, Datel has empowered its people to deliver meaningful outcomes. A key part of this transformation has been the OKR (Coach Academy. As part of this initiative, several team members were trained Academy, equipping them to support the wider organisation in adopting and embedding the OKR framework. These internal OKR coaches have been instrumental in keeping the programme on track.
